I LOVE this snack!
These cashew coconut dates are one of my favorite treats. These dates are delicious and healthy, perfect to satisfy your sweet tooth. These goodies are simple; raw, natural and guilt free.
- 14 large Medial dates (pitted)
- 2 Tablespoons cashew butter
- 2 Tablespoons coconut oil
- Pinch of sea salt
- ¼ cup cashews
- Unsweetened, shredded, organic coconut
- Add all the ingredients together in a food processor and blend until smooth, allowing the ingredients to mix together.
- Roll date mixture into small circle balls.
- Place shredded coconut in a shallow dish and immerse each date ball into the shredded coconut.
