Golden Milk is an ancient Ayurvedic drink created with turmeric and coconut milk.

- 2 cups of coconut milk
- ½ teaspoon Cinnamon
- 1 teaspoon Turmeric
- 1 tablespoon honey or Agave nectar
- Pinch of black pepper (increases absorption)
- A dash of peeled ginger root or ¼ tsp ginger powder
- 1 tsp of coconut oil
- Mix all ingredients in a high speed blender until smooth.
- Pour mixture into a small sauce pan and heat for 3-5 minutes over medium heat until hot, not boiling.
