Hummus is extremely satisfying, full of protein, iron, and fiber.
It is very tasty and fueling. This hummus recipe only takes a few minutes to make, yet tastes delicious; light and creamy.
- 2 15 oz cans of chickpeas
- 2 cloves garlic
- 3 tbsp fresh lemon juice
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp paprika (to serve)
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- salt & red pepper
- ¼ cup water
- Rinse and drain chickpeas thoroughly with water.
- Place all ingredients in a blender or food processor and whisk up until smooth.
- Sprinkle with seasoning
