- Gratitude List!
As soon as you wake up, write a list of 10 things that you are grateful for. (This will raise your energetic vibration, which allows you to attract more amazing things to you)
Dopamine, endorphins and serotonin (The feel good neurotransmitters) are released when you smile.
Don’t hate, just meditate 🙂
Meditation improves a large range of willpower skills, including focus, stress management, attention, and self-awareness. It changes the function and chemistry of the brain, creating inner peace and mindfulness.
- Recite positive affirmations!
A positive affirmation opens the door. It’s a beginning point on the path to change. Every thought you think and word you speak is an affirmation that holds an energetic vibration. You’re manifesting your life experiences with every word and thought, so allow your affirmations to be uplifting and powerful.
- Love yourself!
Accept and embrace the amazing YOU!! You are perfect, divine, unique, and beautiful just as you are.
- Do karma yoga (selfless service)
Be the change you wish to see in the world!. Karma yoga is the spiritual practice of selfless action performed for the benefit of others. We truly find ourselves when we loose ourselves in the service of others. Through Karma yoga or selfless service, we heal our community, which creates a ripple effect to healing the world.
- Stay present in the moment!
Stay as present as possible to truly experience each and every moment. It’s not what we have or where we are, but our attitude to what life throws our way. When you live in place of acceptance and you embrace the moment as it is, you step into the full power of the present moment. By living present, you truly receive the gift that each moment has to offer.
- Practice yoga!
Yoga is the journey of the self, to the self, and through the self. It is a spiritual journey, connecting you to the truth of your soul. Through the practice of yoga; we heal the physical, mental, emotional and spiritual body.
- Find gratitude for what is!
When you don’t get exactly what you want, change your perspective and realize you have everything you need for this present moment. Know that you are exactly where you re supposed to be and that everything comes to you within perfect timing. Challenge yourself to appreciate what is and know that there are lots of people in this world who will never have what you have right now. See the beauty of the things you do have in this moment.
- Let go…
When holding on no longer seems reasonable, challenge yourself to appreciate the fact that nothing in life is permanent, and to realize that once you embrace this you can do almost anything you wish because you’re not holding onto anything anymore. As we let go of the heaviness from the past, we create more space to receive the beautiful blessings of the present moment. Letting go is liberating.
- When you catch yourself thinking the grass is greener elsewhere, challenge yourself to water the grass you’re standing on. You are exactly where you are meant to be, so LOVE this moment.
- Spread the L OV E
Write a genuine heartfelt note / text / email to someone each day. Kindness creates a ripple effect sharing love and smiles from one person to the next!
- Inspire yourself each day.
Set your intuition to be the BEST you that YOU can be!
- Write in a journal.
Writing is therapeutic and allows creativity flow through your mind and through your life. By writing; we become the observer of our patterns, thoughts, and actions; which allows us to continue to improve in all areas of our life.
- Do something that scares you.
Fear is the one thing keeping you from being the best version of yourself. Everyday we are gifted the choice to choose love or fear. By doing something that takes us outside of our comfort zones, we release fear and invite more love into our life.
